Personal Statement
Life is an interesting and complicated thing. It is full of wonder and joy and can also be difficult and painful. I believe that each one of us has purpose and meaning and possesses the ability to live into them no matter the circumstance. It is my passion to help others discover their true selves and live according to their authenticity for a life full of joy and meaning. It is a true gift to partner with you on your path to health and wholeness. I am particularly eager to work with individuals caught in habit patterns that cause harm to self whether it be addiction, anxiety, depression, anger issues, relational issues, or a general lack of zeal for life.
I am originally from South Dakota, but have lived all over in the last ten years due to an enlistment in the military. I am newly married to a beautiful bride and am currently attending graduate school to become a fully licensed clinical mental health counselor. In my down time I enjoy working out, getting good rest, fun food, laughter, reading, and hanging out with friends.
