Personal Statement
If you are wrestling with self-hatred, inner chaos, or feeling broken, this is your official invitation to experience peace that lasts. I am a lover of people, and wounds of trauma or brokenness draw me to relationships with those who desperately want to be free from bondage.

Shame is a belief that you are unworthy and the lie it tells is that everyone knows it. You don’t have to live just coping, you can heal and see trauma transformed. If you are ready to face shame, heal from trauma, and experience real transformation, I would be honored to stand alongside you and champion
you to freedom.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have been honored to sit (and cry) with many women and men who have experienced sexual abuse and trauma. I specialize in the recovery from incest and intimate partner abuse, sexual addiction, sexual slavery, sex trafficking and spousal betrayal. Additionally, I help individuals who are in the process of deconstructing their faith after being hurt by religious trauma and offer individualized programs to treat complex trauma.
I want to lead you to experience a renewal in thoughts, beliefs, feelings, actions, and physical pain. I believe in being gentle. Force is not loving, so going at your pace is crucial. I will challenge you to look at the roots of pain to gain power over the things that enslave you and to have victory over the self-hatred and fear which prevent you from living a purpose-filled life. I would love to partner with you, and I am committed to serving you no matter how hurt or hopeless you feel. I will fight with you every step of the way.

Approach to Therapy

I have a transformational, and personalized approach to therapy. You are a person, not a project. An
authentic relationship with you as an individual is the starting place for us to begin spending time
getting to know one another. There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach to addressing the
extremely personal nature of pain. Having a variety of approaches to personal wholeness make it
possible to shape an experience around what works best for you as an individual. Treating our time
together with meticulous intention is the heart behind how I treat every encounter. There is a place for
you here.
